How to create new and manage a Panorama Sublicence
If you'd like to provision content to different cohorts within a particular client, you can set up sublicenses.
Use Case Information
Setting up sublicenses will allow all learners within the client to adhere to any master license terms and have the same branded experience, while at the same time allowing you to provision different content to subsets of learners.
Note
Your Main sublicense is automatically created when the panorama is created. It is automatically provisioned any content granted at the Client level.
If any other sublicense you've created needs access to content, you will provision content at the sublicense level after adding content at the panorama level. To learn more about provisioning access to sublicenses, please see the Provisioning Access for Clients article.
Note
A maximum limit of 10,000 sublicenses per panorama client is supported.
