You can reset your own completion status, allowing you to retake a course for multiple completions on Transcript.
Learner PRO TIP: Locate the Course via Control + F for "Find" (may not be available on iOS or Android)
What happens if I select to reset completion progress?
Great first consideration. First, know that this is all about your Transcript and Admin Reporting. Each time you reset your progress from within the Learner Activity widget, that content will move to the My Learning tab and will only return to completion once all completion criteria are met again.
Once selecting Reset Progress, you will see the link say Loading... and then this message to confirm.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: You are NOT removing anything from your training history, earned certificates, transcript, or reporting. You are simply resetting progress so that you may receive another completion record and new certificate (if applicable).

Why would I care about creating a new completion record?
Use cases included those who purchased content ad-hoc, and though you must reset and complete again within the content access period, you are able to simply retake the content at any time for any reason.
Remedial/Corrective Action: There are times when a Learner passes the test and achieves the certificate, but the Manager has a reason to re-assign all of the content.
General Review: Challenge yourself. You don't have a Corrective action; you just want to learn and grow on this subject. SEE NOTES: Resetting progress is NOT the best method for the review of just one section or lesson or video. For this, you can just open the completed content and find that page.
Performance Improvement: Let's assume the passing score on the final exam was 70% but you expected to make a 100%. Resetting the progress will wipe out all previous assessment attempts and completion criteria so know that that you will need to complete the criteria again entirely. Nothing is erased, so note that all assessment attempts stay recorded for reporting.
What happens to the Certificate I earned on my first or last completion?
If you complete multiple times, you will be granted a new certificate and no longer responsible for the renewal of the previous one. This means, if your last certificate was granted January this year, and is good for 365 days, then you will now have a fresh issue requiring a June of next year renewal if you completed a second time in June of this year.
Are there any consequences to Reset Completion Status?
Especially in the case where a certificate is issued, you should speak to your Management about their expectations for the whole team to renew at the same time. This action will put a learner on a new renewal path.
Are there any final considerations?
Yes. If you reset a Learning Path, that does not reset the content in a Learning Path. In this case, you would ideally reset the Learning Path after you have reset progress for the courses within. Because this is tricky, and you don't likely need to re-do an entire Learning Path, reach out to support and we will gladly assist after asking you a few questions on what you want to achieve.
OH NO! I clicked Reset Progress on accident. What do I do now?
No worries. You can go to your My Training tab, locate the content, and select remove. This will have no impact other than to get it out of your focus. Once removed, it doesn't disappear. A new tab will be created called "Removed".
