OSHA Final Crane Rule - Published
It was a long, meticulous process, but the much ballyhooed “Final Rule” on crane and derrick operators in construction was published by the United States Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) via the Federal Register on November 9, 2018.
