Todd Harding graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in civil engineering. 18 years experience in rigging engineering and 12 years at Bechtel. As Global Rigging Manager he oversees rigging engineering, supervision, processes and procedures, and training. Todd has worked on projects including infostructure, energy, mining and metals, and government sectors. He participates in ASME-B30 subcommittees and is a board member at the North American Matting Association.
