Can I expect any changes to ITI's Products or Services? There are no immediate changes planned for our products or services. Any future updates will be communicated well in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
How will this acquisition affect my current contract? All existing contracts will be honored under their current terms. There will be no changes to your agreement as a result of the acquisition.

Will my pricing change?

Pricing structures will remain unchanged. If any changes are considered in the future, customers will be notified in advance with ample time to discuss options.

Who will be my point of contact going forward?

Your current account manager and support team will remain the same. We are committed to providing uninterrupted service and support.

Will all of the ITI Training Centers continue to operate?

Yes. ITI’s Training Centers will remain up and running with all normally scheduled open enrollment courses continuing to take place.
