Intermediate Rigging
All industries and their employees who handle and move loads or products in the course of their daily activities would benefit by taking the ITI Intermediate Rigging Course.
The participants could include millwrights, boilermakers, pipe fitters, electricians, maintenance mechanics, construction workers, carpenters, welders, machinists, and several other trades that participate in rigging activity during their workday.
Each student that completes the full 2-day course will receive 1.6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs), as well as a certificate of completion.
All ITI Training Center Open Enrollment Students will receive the following student materials:
- Intermediate Student Workbook
- Journeyman Rigger Reference Card
- Rigging Gear Inspection Reference Card
- Length, Run, Height Reference Card
- Horizontal Rigging Reference Card

PPE Information
The following PPE is required for all hands-on sessions at ITI Training Centers:
- OSHA-approved hard hat*
- Eye protection*
- Long pants with no holes or tears
- Low-heeled work boots or work shoes
- Full-fingered work gloves*
- OSHA-approved safety vest*
*ITI Training Centers will make these PPE items available for all enrolled students. Students are responsible for their own appropriate garments and footwear.
