Improved course experience and reporting
We've updated course settings to improve the learner experience when launching courses that open additional windows. This update also improves completion reporting for select courses that were experiencing issues. As always, allow pop-ups if prompted and if using an iPad to view content, log into your learner account from the Chrome browser.
Email notifications for course enrollment
In an effort to ensure course assignment notifications are sent to learners, ITI is adopting a blanket notification email for all eLearning content titles. At the moment, most/all of our vendor libraries have email notifications enabled but few of our customer-created courses have this feature enabled.
Benefits
- Consistent and efficient email messaging for all course enrollments
- Fewer support requests from learners asking how to access and where to find their course
Impact
- Learners will receive a notification for all course and Learning Path enrollments, including the course title and course description.
- More emails than learners may be accustomed to (one per each new course enrollment, not retroactively applied)
Panorama Admin UI update
In the new interface, you are able to interact with the most important aspects of your business more easily, spend less time training on where things live, and even choose from different color modes.
This new interface is now live for all manager users.
Highlights:
- Improved Settings Landing Pages: Get a quick overview of the settings function before diving in to make changes.
- Streamlined Settings Areas: Relevant settings have been reorganized to be closer to the working areas they apply to.
- Custom Modes: Custom colors allow users to customize their experience based on preferences and needs, including a highly accessible dark grey option.
- Data Dashboard on the Homepage: Now displaying the top 5 reports for a learning instance on the homepage.
- New Panorama Navigation: Panorama navigation will also reflect these updates based on what options are available to panoramas and client roles.

Splitting Sections
With this update, you also have the power to split sections seamlessly, allowing you to pivot when needed, without recreation. No more feeling confined by traditional boundaries – embrace the freedom to tailor your curriculum to suit your unique needs!
FCC learner account creation
Now, when your Learning Hub panorama is integrated with Fleet Cost and Care, the learner account ID contains a portion of your panorama ID for improved account matching between the two platforms. This improvement ensures accounts are matched properly, reducing the risk of account duplication.
