Critical Lift Planning - Live Online
The live online course focuses on the process of assessing risks, the compilation of crane and rigging data, crane operating areas, rigging methods, a safety checklist, personnel competencies, and assignments, a proposed sequence of events, contingency plans, and other category items as recommended in ASME P30.1 Lift Planning. Participants will formulate a series of lift plans based on multiple scenarios and then will be challenged to solve a variety of problem-solving workshops related to partially completed plans (quiz format).
ITI's Lift Director & Critical Lift Planning Course is designed for key employees who can be identified as a "lift director" under 29 CFR 1926.1400 (Federal OSHA), and ASME P30.1, and ASME B30.5, as well as any team member who plays a role in the lift planning process.

Upon Completion
Each student that completes the full 2-day course will receive 1.6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs), as well as a certificate of completion. All ITI Training Center Open Enrollment Students will receive the following student materials:

PPE Information
The following PPE is required for all hands-on sessions at ITI Training Centers:
- OSHA-approved hard hat*
- Eye protection*
- Long pants with no holes or tears
- Low-heeled work boots or work shoes
- Full-fingered work gloves*
- OSHA-approved safety vest*
*ITI Training Centers will make these PPE items available for all enrolled students. Students are responsible for their own appropriate garments and footwear.
