WireCo Wire Rope Plant Tour & More in Kansas City at ACRP in May 2015

The Association of Crane & Rigging Professionals (www.acrp.net) will host its General Assembly in Kansas City, Missouri, May 12-15, 2015. The ACRP General Assembly is designed to educate instructors, engineers, operations and safety personnel who are heavily involved in crane, rigging, and load handling activities in their day-to-day work activity.  

ITI is a Charter Member of ACRP and has invested in each General Assembly and its team by sending all Technical Services personnel each year for professional development. This year, ITI will have over a dozen Instructors and Consultants in attendance.

A few highlights of the 2015 General Assembly include: 

• WireCo World Group's Sedalia Wire Rope Plant Tour

• The Crosby Group will conduct a hands-on Block Tear-Down & Inspection Workshop

• Expert Crane Engineer Ron Kohner, PE will conduct two instructional sessions on Mobile Crane Foundation Loading and Load Rating Charts

• WireCo Sr. Technical Service Engineer, John Groce, PE will host two sessions on Wire Rope Installations on Mobile Cranes & Block Cabling

• ITI Technical Director Mike Parnell will conduct an interactive Crane Accident Investigation Workshop
