Industrial Training International (ITI) has been in the business of workforce development and training for 30+ years. Originally founded in Vancouver, WA, CEO Zack Parnell explains that the company's leadership team found affordable property "close but far," to build their hands-on training center in Woodland. Fast forward to the present day and ITI also delivers learning content online and through virtual reality (VR).
ITI employs a team responsible for graphic design, animations, and VR development. Parnell explains that ITI has always benefitted from utilizing remote talent from around the continent. He says that one of the company's advantages is that it offers competitive jobs in a location far beyond the Portland city limits.
