Human Performance Practitioner to Present May Showcase Webinar

Industrial Training International's (iti.com) May 2015 Showcase Webinar features Bill Rigot, Subject Matter Expert on Human Performance. Mr. Rigot is an engineer with many years of experience in Navy nuclear power and with the Department of Energy, working with complex human-machine interfaces. This webinar focuses on how serious accidents or events happen and why company leaders don’t see them coming. It describes a new view of failure, and how failure happens. The session will give participants new tools on learning from failure to improve their operations. This webinar is a bit different from previous ITI monthly technical webinars, and will give participants a different perspective on learning.
