Joe joined Industrial Training International (ITI) in 2012. He comes to ITI from Strasburg, Virginia and has over 13 years in the construction industry with experience in gas/oil field operations, and civil, commercial, and transportation construction with a large emphasis on crane operations. Joe holds several certifications including, but not limited to, Mobile Crane Operator - Fixed Cab Hydraulic, Swing Cab, Hydraulic, Lattice Boom Mobile and Crawler, Mobile Crane Inspection, and Signal Person & Rigger-Advanced.
 


Joe’s background includes Safety Management and Mobile Crane Operator and Practical Examiner. His experience also expands into Lift Planning, Crane & Rigging Audits and Accident Investigation.
 


Joe is passionate about the crane and rigging industry and has served for the past 3 years as a volunteer on the ASME P30 Lift Planning Main Committee, participating with 20 others in development of a lift planning guideline.
