Thanks Zack/Mike for the post webinar on-line presentation which I found very interesting & hugely informative.I was not able to interact directly to question time,so I am putting this question here.Once a Crane operator has undergone Training & subsequently tested & certified, he does not, in my mind, automatically qualify to operate any other type of crane without first being orientated & having full understandind of the techhnical & opertional aspects of that crane. This is critical due to the fact that each crane brand/type of crane can differ in its technical & operational aspects.Having 20 years experience is not a guarantee of profinciency in operating a crane you have never had experience on.What about the question of operators elevated from lower to higher capacity rated cranes?
